Good location. Safe area for walking. Worked well for our dog. A lot to do within a15-20 minute drive.

The host was attentive to all of the issues encountered during our stay. The house, although attempted to be clean, was rundown and very dusty, we did not have hot water or heat on the coldest week in St. Petersburg, the tv broke, there was some type of dust was falling from the vents onto our heads, and there were roaches during our entire stay although an exterminator was called.
