Live-Love-St Pete! Hipster 1 Bdrm Condo in DTSP!

I love VRBO because it let's you feel what it's like to actually live in another place.And this awesome apartment helped my wife and I to experience DTSP like a local.It's on a quiet street, but just two blocks from all the action of Central Ave. Great location, clean, nicely decorated, stocked with amenities. Also, front and back balconies! We look forward to staying here again!

Great host, very nice apartment, good location. Positive: This is in an older building in a part of downtown St. Pete that's being revitalized. The apartment was very cozy, everything worked well, and it was lovely to be able to sit on the front porch in the morning sun and have coffee. Also the instructions on parking and the responsiveness of the host were superb. Negative: Since it's an older building, it's a walkup, and since it's the third floor, with a lot of luggage, that would have been good to know in advance.

Adorable, cozy unit which is perfect location for me! Will definitely stay again in the future. Positive: Location to my new work. Quiet and very clean and had everything that I could have possibly needed. Negative: Only thing (which they can’t do anything about) is it’s quite a bit of stairs to carry luggage up, but it was worth it and, in fact, I’ve booked it again already.

Positive: The location in downtown. I also liked the classic style of the building and the unit was quite large. Negative: Due to the location, available parking was challenging.
