Walk to Everything Downtown! EAT-SHOP-PLAY!

An excellent place to stay. Very clean. Sharon was super responsive. Parking was easy with the pass. The area had restaurants and there was a Publix grocery store near by. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay. The apartment looked exactly like the photos…charming, comfortable, and spacious. It was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, with places such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the Dalí Museum within an easy walking distance. Parking was also easy to find, which made getting around even more convenient. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. We would gladly stay there again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

It was small and could use a living room coffee table or a small dining table. The listing noted a laundry, but we did not find out in the building. Otherwise, it was good for us, and I can safely say that if we return again next March, we would seek it out again if available! Three stories up and no elevator, so if you are older or disabled you might think again!

Enjoyed our long weekend in st Pete. This location was perfect. Close enough to walk to everything but also quiet Positive: Has everything you need for a short stay. Great location for walking to all downtown has to offer. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Nice to be able to borrow the beach chairs and towels

Great apartment that is close to restaurants, shops, & the trolleys! Positive: We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved having the porches to relax & read after a full day. The apartment is so close to the restaurants and shops on Central. Also, the host,.Sharon, was amazing! I had a few questions and she replied so quickly. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be staying here.
